If you are not happy with your purchase we offer only exchange within 7 days (from the date you receive your package). All jewelry, hats and swimwear are FINAL SALE, we do not offer exchange for jewelry, hats or swimwear. All exchange items must be in the same condition as you received them. We will not accept any items that have been washed or worn. We reserve the right to refuse any items not in the original condition.

Due to our free & low cost shipping costs you are responsible for all exchange shipping costs.
Once you place an order it can not be canceled for a refund. If the order has not shipped, we can only issue only exchanges. If the order has shipped, then it will have to be mailed back for an exchange for a different product.
Our inventory changes daily and therefore we cannot guarantee we will have the size you need by the time we receive your exchange.
